Boghos Nazikian is a Beirut-based visual artist and painter whose work explores identity, vulnerability, human emotion, and social taboos. Born in 1991 and deaf since childhood, he developed art as his primary form of expression and communication. His paintings are often raw, emotional, and thought-provoking, reflecting personal experiences and observations of human nature. Through his project “Breaking the Taboo,” he seeks to challenge perceptions and encourage open dialogue about subjects that are often left unspoken.
